Expert Cupping Therapy in Hamilton, MA

Still Dealing With Pain, Leaks, or Tightness?
Symptoms Keep Returning
Losing Confidence in Your Body
Putting Your Life on Hold
You've tried exercises, stretches, and maybe even other treatments, but nothing seems to provide lasting relief. When the root cause isn't addressed, pain, leaks, and tension continue to come back — making everyday activities feel harder than they should.
Pelvic pain, postpartum symptoms, and movement restrictions can affect far more than your physical comfort. Over time, they can steal your confidence, limit your ability to exercise, and make you feel like you're no longer the person you were before pregnancy or injury.
Ignoring persistent symptoms often means continuing to avoid workouts, intimacy, lifting your kids, or simply moving without fear. What starts as occasional discomfort can become a constant frustration that keeps you from enjoying the life and activities you love most.

Your Questions, Answered
Everything you need to know before booking your first pelvic floor therapy or cupping therapy session in Hamilton, MA.
Still not sure if Rooted is the right fit?
You're not alone — many of our patients had never tried pelvic floor therapy before coming to us. Whether you're recovering postpartum, managing chronic pain, or just want to move better, we're here to help you figure out the best next step. Reach out and let's talk — no pressure, just answers.
What is cupping therapy and how is it used at Rooted?
Cupping therapy uses gentle suction to release tight fascia, improve circulation, and reduce pain. At Rooted, we integrate cupping into your personalized pelvic floor therapy plan — it's one of many hands-on tools we use alongside manual therapy, dry needling, and therapeutic exercise.
Do I need a referral to book an appointment?
No referral is required. You can contact us directly at (978) 209-9150 to schedule your first session.
Do you accept insurance?
Rooted Pelvic Health & Wellness operates as an out-of-network provider. We believe in delivering the level of individualized, unhurried care that traditional insurance models rarely support. Contact us to discuss your options and how to make the most of any out-of-network benefits you may have.
Can I bring my baby to appointments?
Absolutely. Our clinic is proudly baby-friendly — you're welcome to bring your newborn or infant to every session. We know newborn schedules are unpredictable, and we've designed our practice with that in mind.
How long are sessions and what should I expect at my first appointment?
All sessions are full 60 minutes, one-on-one with your therapist. Your first appointment includes a thorough intake conversation, movement and pelvic health assessment, and the beginning of your individualized plan of care.
When should I start pelvic floor therapy after having a baby?
We recommend connecting with a pelvic floor therapist as early as 6 weeks postpartum — but it's never too late. Many clients come to us months or even years after birth and still experience significant results.
